Something in you never left

A space for translating what your body is telling you. It helps you hear what your body's already saying instead of teaching you to override it.

A way of living that trusts what you already know. It interacts with the world around you to follow your own path - your path with heart, which means it looks different on everyone who walks it. It is the ancient wisdom of living well.

Whatever's actually going on in your body right now. Whether it be a feeling you can't name, a sensation you keep ignoring, or something you haven't said out loud yet. Rae is here to help you listen and trust what your body is asking for.
